Ethylene Process Simulation and Engineering Package Support
An industrial engineering case about keeping process calculations, diagrams, and supporting data aligned across complex petrochemical package work.
Context & problem
Large process projects require consistent handoffs between simulation, engineering diagrams, process data, and package documentation.
The work required translating model results into checked deliverables without losing consistency across project interfaces.
What I did
My role
I supported simulation, process-flow and piping-and-instrumentation diagram work, checking, and package documentation within a wider engineering team.
Approach
I worked with Aspen-based calculations and COMOS-supported workflows while preparing or checking PFDs, P&IDs, and supporting process data.
Contribution
My work covered process simulation, drawing preparation and checking, and process-data preparation within a wider engineering team.
Outcomes & evidence
The work produced aligned simulation and engineering-package outputs for downstream engineering use.
No public quantitative result is claimed.
Evidence
No external project materials are linked. This industrial case remains a role-and-method abstraction.
